You'll find them in the market under the "Packages" section. You can spawn them and use them to store items.

I used to love packages, however they are constantly broken and forgotten about by the dev team or whomever is responsible for keeping this place working and up to speed.  Picking them up would be ideal so that after a delivery, I could reclaim it.  I foresee a coding conflict though, because the item would return to your inventory on a crash, and if it had objects in it, that could cause an issue.

Serious +support for any love given to packages, as they are forgotten and extremely useful tech.

What do you mean by a coding conflict ? 
For the crash problem, it could easily be resolved ( if possible ) by adding the same feature to packages as /restoreprops.
