A small update to the ambulance:

The hospital stretcher inside the back of the vehicle is usable now, you can lay down on it. I've also added a seat for a paramedic to sit next to the patient.

This update will be soon live on the server and will hopefully improve the paramedic RP a bit.

A small step for an ambulance but a huge step for the Fearless Community.
I have been hoping for this for a long time. Great to see the smal but useful update.
