Right, so let me start from when I first arrived.
I came over and you were singing a song (Microphone Spamming) I told you to stop and told you why you should not continue, you then punched me. I then said do not punch people randomly either, I then watched you and 2-3 other people for around 2 minutes. You then punched another guy (cannot remember the name yet staff can check the logs) I then said again do not randomly punch.
After that all happened you asked me many times to follow you down the ally to see something cool, you then gave up and asked other I then ran of and pulled a baseball bat out. I then returned and you asked me again. I said "fine let's go"

We start walking down the tunnel and you are looking towards the wall, this whole time you are in front of me. I pulled my bat out without you know, we were in the distance that is shown in Brynn's photo and you even agreed when on the roof to me and Brynn it was the correct distance. You then turned around and ran backwards then when around me through the bush, you then turned around and saw me with the bat, and we were in the distance show in the photo Brynn supplied. You ran backwards, break fear RP then ran around me. You would not run about someone in the range of almost hitting you with the bat.

Now for the part where you said I attempted to hit you. When you ran of I called Brynn straight away. I never followed you and I only pulled the bat out before we went down the ally like I said above. That is all that I can say since that is what happened.

Blurr, you did follow me. If you read the main post 2 other people (Not gonna give names unless requested, as said in original post) they pointed guns at you and told you to go away when you ran after me with baseball bat.
And I was not micspamming, I sung "I'm blue etc etc" for around 10 second or so. I did stop with it pretty fast.
And the thing with the punching was already in the ban reason and I do not say anything against that.

I cannot remember seeing anyone with guns but the people in the store building, they have nothing to do with this case and I did not run at you I followed you and when you see me with the bat you started running backwards then around me. I don't see the point in the UBR since you agreed on the roof with me and Brynn that it was valid and that the distance was correct (Brynn's Picture) meaning it was fear rp when you ran away. I will wait for Brynn to post his response now.
