I don't get where you get "wall" from "fence."

Exactly!

I don't see any better prop for me to use.

1. Fences are see-through, which allow cops to see what's going on inside.
2. They're a completely reasonable height, as stated by Soul, and many others.
3. They provide protection from outsiders, whilst still being under the 13ft rule.

I mean, raiding us once with our walls was what made us put up this Player Report, and I felt that in itself was bad. But despite several people telling you that the walls are completely fine, you proceeded to raid us TWICE today. I don't get why you won't learn.

The user in hand have been caught in violation of the Raiding Rules.
"14.4 You must have a valid reason to raid players, i.e. contraband, burglary, and needing to take hostages are all valid reasons."

As Suarez raided for 'Highwalls' and stated that in his warrant, it is evident that there were no other reason intended; Otherwise they would be stated in the warrant.  Because these were not 'Walls' but in fact fences, there is no logical reason why you would want to raid as you have clear view of what your 'Suspects' where doing. 
The accused player will receive a 3 Hour Blacklist from Police Officer
