Summary: I was walking near the white house near rebel spawn when I went afk and was random hostaged by Tyqavenom and held by a group of Corleones. (I'm not sure who exactly did it  but by judging from the fact he had rope when I was released after government intervention)

Cops where randomly shooting me and cooler ones and random raiding.. You were the closest to my house so I tied you up and we all told you to follow us it took you 2 mins to follow us and you were breaking FearRP. Once you were inside my house I told the police my demand wasmthat the cops had to stop random raiding us and random shooting us. I then told you I'll make sure you are safe and don't get killed the cops accepted the demand and I let you go

I was in a Skype Call with Vergil Fromage at the time and he was AFK helping me with some joining issues I was having, he then went back to his game about to be hostaged.

Closing notes: Its not the situation that the accused player did wrong, But you CANNOT just pick players up off the street to hostage them. This is where the accused player messed up. You should have done it in a more secure/ secret location.
