* It is a beautiful morning as you wake up and begin to get ready for the morning commute. You go through your normal routine as a brick fly's through your window. As you look out the shattered window you see a black lokus drive off. You do not catch the license plate. You turn and see the brick on the floor and it has note attached. Untie the paper and it is several papers folded. You begin to read the paper.

About Us
If you have never heard of us picture this. We are the underground of Evo City. The working people who struggle to put food on the table. They either go to the government or a group of rogue Vigilantes. There are also groups that promise peace or commit themselves to research but we are here to give another option. Organized crime. When people hear organized crime they think of mass murdering psychopathic goons. Organized crime is widespread criminal activities, such as money laundering, or drug dealing, that occur within a centrally controlled formal structure. We always use minds before guns. We try not to take big risks and play on the safe side of things. We try and put high officials in the government so we can know what is going on. We are *the rest of the writing has been smudged by dirt from the brick and is illegible.
Behind Our Story
We were started by *Name has been scratched out. His vision of a perfect world was shattered at a young age when he was exposed to people dying of hunger on the streets. Together in a basement with other rebels, the idea sprouted about starting the cartel. After they went upstairs when they finished their meeting to see the whole police force outside. *name scratched out. escaped while the other rebels covered his escape. They told him to keep the idea alive and he did.

Ranks Explained
Princeps- The owner and leader of the Cartel. All big decisions by the Cartel must go through him.
Consiliario- There are only two of these spots and they are the right and left hand man of the Princeps.
Officers- These are basically some of the Princeps most trusted men and a few other important people.
Made Men- Trusted people in the cartel. Not involved in meetings.
Latro- A bit more trusted than associate. They are not involved in higher up meetings. This is the basically the fighting force of the Cartel.
Associates- This is the rank everyone starts at. When you first join your trust will be little to none. Does a lot of the dirty work. Takes orders from the officers.
How to join
So you want to join? Here are a few things we follow by.

Never reveal anything about the Cartel about to anyone.
No Cartel Fighting
You can not fight members within the Cartel. (Just when rping as Cartel member.)
Cars
We would prefer if you used 4 seat cars.(Will be updated. Dont know all the cars by heart.)

To weed out the "bad roleplayers" we have set some restrictions. We are not saying that all people that are under the age of 13 or have under 50 hours are bad roleplayers but a good majority are. We are sorry if you are affected by this but it takes one to ruin everything.]
