Estleback Boot Camp - Day 2
The 22nd of July 2020 marked the second day of our boot camp initiative.
It continued where the first day ended, and built upon the basic principles of combat.
Operatives were introduced to specialist weaponry, shown proper 'boosting' technique, and were lectured on the idea of 'combat suppression'.
After this, the attending operatives were again split into two groups and battled it out in more realistic combat scenarios, this time including a villas raid, and a king of the hill forest environment.
As more is introduced in this course, the raids are getting ever more interesting and technical.
Here is some body cam footage from the boot camp:
Kind regards,
Director of the Estleback Corporation

Not bad game sense however you shouldn't peak against an AWP. When your teammate is flanking right you equally should be applying pressure left. You only moved up like 5 meters and that was it (even though on 50% hp just quickly move to next cover to make them panic and apply pressure).
On second game should have baited right side by getting your teammate to spray to make the AWP watch left then pushed once he sprayed (with your guy also spamming downrange of the AWP.
The LMG tactic was interesting; only do it once as they then know whatyou're doing and should have punished you super quick if they were half competent. Not a fan of how you're hard peaking in first person; if you're not gassing someone go into third and third person peak . Just gives the enemy less information and means they can't just pre-fire youand blast you.
One final comment is you're not communicating as much as you should; yes you're speaking but you're missing out saying a lot more information like 'im counter pushing'; 'im down 50hp'. This stuff should be stated as it allows your teammates to know for example if you're low to be aware that the enemy might consider pushing at that time or if you're pushing to support you etc.
Also, don't have kippo as an enemy, he gives you false hope that you're better than ya are coz he's a big shitter .

Greetings,
When I first assumed directorship in early 2017, my intention was to provide strong leadership to continue Estleback down its path of excellence.
Though this continuation was achieved, it was clear that times had changed since our incipience in 2013, and the clan formula we had stuck by had become outdated.
Closing the organisation on the 5th January 2018, I was certain that would be it for Estleback.
However, as years passed and ideas cooked away in my head, I kept theorising as to what could be done to surpass the 2017 plateau, and firmly cement ourselves as the best organisation in Fearless' history.
Through covid, a strong sense of nostalgia, spare time, and, most importantly, a loyal team of former Estleback members by my side, the opportunity presented itself to reopen Estleback for a new age.
My vision for Estleback in 2020 was drastically different to what had been ever seen prior. We set out to get it right, and, in my opinion, that's exactly what has been achieved.
I believe the organisation to be in the best position of its life, with most aspects and processes tuned to excellency. We're stronger, more professional, and have the capacity to do more with less than ever before.
But perfection usually comes with a fresh pair of hands.
To add to this, with the world slowly returning to normal, and with my twenties just around the corner, I'm again at an important crossroad where I have to make selfish decisions about where I place my efforts.
Therefore, I'm here to announce that I'm stepping down from my position as the director of the Estleback Corporation after three years of service. My long time colleague, aide, and friend, Deputy Director Grayson ( MasterNoda), will be my successor, and will assume directorship at midnight BST on Sunday the 9th August.
Noda has been a proud Estleback member since the early days, and has recently proved to me that he is more than capable and willing to carry on this legacy into the 2020s, and refine the formula to perfection. I wish him luck, and have faith that he'll be able to take this project to the next level.
But a wise man once said, 'Estleback is something else.. something more than just a clan.. it's a group of unity with equal amount of respect to eachother.'
And it sure as hell is - especially in 2020.
I'm very lucky to have been part of this community of wonderful like-minded people, many of whom are now good friends of mine, and would like to take this opportunity to thank every member of the clan, past and present, applicant to governance, who has given blood, sweat and tears into realising the organisation's vision.
But none of it would have been possible if Floodify hadn't started this community back in 2013, who I'd like to thank for the blast we had running it together, and the trust he had in me to lead this project after his departure.
I've learned an immeasurable amount from this experience, and am infinitely proud of what everyone here at Estleback has helped to create, the standards we have set, and the mark on Fearless' history we have, and will continue, to make.
It will be hard to forget this one of a kind experience of constant ups, downs, wins and losses, which has been part of my life since I was 12.
I'll sure as hell miss this stuff - but all good things come to an end.
Once again: "Change is the law of life, and those who look only to the past or the present, are certain to miss the future."
This has been all,
Director of the Estleback Corporation

Thanks for maintaining this family that had its start from a little shed in the outskirts of EvoCity back in the old days, Link. Estleback wouldn't have become what it is without you and the hard work you put down. It was never taken for granted. You've earned a seat by the retirees now - welcome my friend.
As for MasterNoda, you have always and will continue, I'm sure, to be an absolute necessity for Estleback to continue and thrive. My best of luck to you.

This clan is borderline historical. It's a feat for a community to last as long as this has, let alone a community within a community. Look after it.

Estleback Event Announcement
Ever want to ride like the clan in a real flying transport vehicle?
Now you can!
On August 30th, we will be debuting one unit of our new flying troop transport fleet, and anyone able to make it by our many stations around the Evocity metro area will be lucky enough to ride along our transport system for free.
Our bulk-transport quad-copter can move up to 8 people at once, and with its ability to fly it puts the other public transport systems to shame.
The sky is limit, and you'll be hearing more about breaking that limit further soon.
See you all Sunday,
Noah Grayson,
Director of the Estleback Corporation

Estleback News Briefing
On the 30th of August, Estleback's debut of the quadcopter transport system went on without a hitch.
As businesses were blooming all the over Evocity metro area, our quadcopter moved hundreds of citizens around with speed and ease. Our effort to boost businesses outside of the city was also a huge success, with many gaining large streams of new customers.
Some were boarding to do some everyday transport around the city and saw us as an interesting alternative to the normal bus and cab affair.
As we look to advance innovation in the city, this transport system prototype will likely grow into a fully fledged public transport system that efficiently and quickly moves people to any point around the city and metro area. We thank everyone for participating in this demonstration and we look forward to everything the future holds for this new system.

Estleback News Briefing
On the 17th of October, Estleback was hired to conduct security for the Emmy's 2020 event.
After arriving and setting up a checkpoint in the venue, Estleback handled the crowd of viewers as they entered the auditorium. There were no notable adverse events that occurred, and the entire event was handled without a single security issue.
Of course, Estleback had involvements in the event directly, as they were nominated for both the Organization of the Year award, along with the Best Roleplay of 2020, which pertained to the Alcatraz Prison reopening. As expected, Estleback won both of the categories and took home the awards and cash prizes.
Thank you to all that voted for us, we look forward to proving our value further in the future.
