Unperma Request
#31
I would like to place some input into this case.

Last year exactly[December 10th - 15th, 2011], Kumonryu Trading Guild started up, and began using building techniques from a server called Naval Play, which strictly involved using magnetized props for detail props. Now this might be a matter of speculation, but several players in that timeframe[and before] which played on SGC's Naval Play, will generally know the usefulness of magnetized props in the matters of bypassing proplimits to create better looking vessels.

Now this image was taken on the 15th of December in 2011. The problem with anyform of case against the magnetized tool is it follows up on the same case of certain rules being removed and such. The magnetized tool was never restricted/removed during the one year period that Fearless was online. It only became an issue in March 2012, when members of certain groups began using magnetized props to fling cars around.
FUMUKU, KTG, Black Mesa, and several other groups which were aware of magnetized props were never apart of these mingebaggery incidents... Yet with the removal of magnetized props their was a huge loss for high-prop count passive rp zones.
I'm not entirely sure of the story myself, but as far as my concerns/knowledge goes... Blackdog received his 'magnetized prop packs' after his demotion early this year. Certain admins had to entrust him with these magnetized prop packs, as some admins will entrust players with using lights, hydraulics, and motors for creating things like casinos.
I won't go off pointing fingers, but it's seems hypocritical to give him these prop-packs and then ban him for 'exploiting' such prop-packs, when all he used them for was to create Passive RP Zones[like what Kumonryu Trading Guild used them for].

That just my few cents on the matter. I've personally been allowed by several admins to use lights, hydraulics, motors, magnets, and other props for Passive RP zones.

The ban was found to be issued under valid grounds (glitching), however we are willing enable access for the player to our networks once more as a gesture of good will.

Please note, the player in question would be let back in for 'last chance' if he agrees to the following terms:
1) His advanced duplicator saves will be removed
2) He should avoid engaging in aggressive RP when possible
3) He is not allowed to start, own, lead or take authority in any clans
4) He must fully adhere to all rules and in the event of any questions or confusions must seek assistance from FL staff himself

Does the appealing player accept these terms?

Case closed and approved, dupes have been removed.

Thank you soul, but can the Magnitized dupes be the only ones removed? 90% of my dupes are irreplaceable Passive zones constructed over my entire time here, ranging from my very first little fish stall that got me my first RP point, to a multi-person dupe training ground.

Sorry that is not possible, takes too much time to review every dupe. You have 500 of them..

I've send you a backup of your dupes, you will be able to use it in singleplayer.
