Title of Suggestion: Simplify Police Siren and Lights

Description
Separate Buttons for Siren and Lights:
Siren: Assign one button (e.g., "L") to toggle the police siren on and off.
Lights: Assign a separate button (e.g., "K") to toggle the police lights on and off.

Why?
This way, players can easily control the siren and lights independently without the need for multiple clicks or complicated patterns, especially because you're also unlocking and locking your car to turn them on and off. It will improve the overall user experience and make the controls less cluttered.

Left and right click are the default VCMod keybinds for sirens, and I'm not sure if a server can change those default binds. Though, you can change them manually by using the /vcmod command.

Perhaps the game could give a chat reminder to use the command when entering a vehicle, since players might not know about it.

VCmod is very popular and we use the default binds as it is, if you want simple keybinds you can do this via /vcmod
