Title of Bug: G Wagon Bodygroups

Description: 
When chaning the bodygroups as a mechanic, regardless of what you press, it just changes the bumper of the car

Evidence: 
Unknown

Steps to reproduce: 
Go mechanic, modify the g wagon, change anything on the car, you'll see that it just changes the bumper
