Title of Suggestion: Pepper spray for police

Description
Add a pepper spray item for police, I believe addons exist which facilitate this to incapacitate individuals.

Why?
Gives police another option to handle people with melee weapons beyond taser which in the contexts of the server can seem quite extreme. Often when people are tasered their comrades will consider this akin to firing on them opening the door to lethal force from both sides.  Pepper spray is a nice middle ground and is a realistic option used by police.

Probably closer to taser than batons but tasers are extreme and as far as the server is concerned on a simiar level to shooting with regards to rp escalation

So more a focus on developing RP interactions, rather than as a system to fill a niché by itself.

Often when people are tasered their comrades will consider this akin to firing on them opening the door to lethal force from both sides.  Pepper spray is a nice middle ground and is a realistic option used by police.

It woud maybe be better if it woud blur the vision for a certain amount of time maybe add a little black fade in and out effect
