If you have the missing maps problem, download the map from garrysmod.org. For materials do what the people ab ove have told you.

Don't know if this will work but have you tried joining the server and leaving? I don't see how this is possible since it has crashed a few times over the weekend. Just worth trying.

I don't see the "fail drivers" using it, they want to drive as fast as possible. Although having a breaking system which stops you straight away would help. Emergency stop.

Those materials should be in the garrysmod. So they should be able to be used by anyone who can see them unless garry removed them. But I don't see soul adding more materials to the file size.

Although your screenshot showed players playing normally. Try to see if a player rejoins and gets the same bug if so, You'll have to pm an admin or Soul to fix it fast.

My opinion, I delete the whole folder. Always works for me unless the server is bugged it's self then you will have to wait till it is fixed and delete it.

You can normally tell that you need to delete your cache is by looking at the top left of your screen, it should say something like "the Lua Configuration is misconfigured" so then just quit gmod and ...
