Title of Suggestion: Automatically dismiss warrants if they're processed by another person.
Description
If a VP accepts / denies a warrant, the President's warrant notification should be automatically dismissed.
Why?
John Smith has denied the arrest warrant for Guy Already Arrested 1
John Smith has denied the arrest warrant for Guy Already Arrested 2
