- Police Sergeant should get a rifle and kevlar. Police Sergeant should be restricted to those with 50-100+ hours played. They have to have enough play experience to play the role properly and actually lead the rest of the officers and not mong it.
- SWAT Should get a RIFLE/Shield and kevlar no questions asked, supprter or supporter+ whatever it is and maybe 10-20 hours played.

Police officers already have to pay for the AR15. Most police officers use the MP5 and a pistol, which is in line with normal police IRL.
Besides, this would only nerf the police even more.
Locking SWAT into Supporter is enough, at a certain point it becomes a pay-to-win game. Not everything should be monetized.

I think a rework is need as right now all police do is engage in a chase and then they hop out and pew pew everyone which gets boring. Need more passive and general police work.
