Transition Update - Divey - 06-01-2022
Greetings Fearless,
Today I am announcing the passing over of the ownership position. After just over 2 years as Owner at FL I have decided to hand it over to Conn. It’s been made clear that over the last few months that FL needs some big changes to steer it in the right direction and with things going on in my personal life, I don’t believe I have the time or motivation to keep going and seeing those through. With this, it’s only fair to give it to someone who will.
Conn has been a community favorite outside and inside the team and I’m also more than confident in his abilities, having him as an aide over my time in leadership - as Owner and also SA has shown what he’s capable of.
In terms of the pass over period, it will be effective immediately, Conn will now be your owner and has everything he needs to move forward. The only thing I will be here for is fulfilling a development agreement that you should see over the coming weeks & months!
There have been many highs and lows since I took over in 2020 but despite all that I wish FL all the best, I will likely still be keeping FL on the sidelines offering any help if needed, but I’m sure with the current management team they will be more than capable on their own.
With my departure, Tomo will also be leaving the team. Due to his job and other commitments, he's not had enough free time to spend on Fearless for a while now and has decided it's time to go.
Thank you to Soul for giving me the opportunity in the first place. It feels weird leaving as I’ve been in the team since 2016, but I know Conn will see FL through.
