Summary of the incident
I was returning from the Tradesman and returned to my home (Small Lake Cabin 2) and decided to use a medkit on myself as I had been injured from a recent vehicle accident with an Orange Tesla, I went into third person (sometimes how I play) and then approached by a Rebel (☭HiLtUnEn06☭) from behind and was suddenly shot by a MAC10 or Auto-Firing weapon.
