Summary of the incident
He was interfering with the casino, So I had an ASP baton for self-defence and security. I asked him numerus times not to get involved so I knocked him out. He then returned with a knife and stabbed me.
With this I ran, got out my baton and knocked him out and wanted to cause some damage with two hits, which, unfortunately killed him.

Phat Jack then returned to the same spot. I asked him why he was breaking NLR. But didn't seem to care. Then he got in his car and CDM around x4 People. Unfortunately, the video has no sound.

The accused is found guilty of what he is accused of in this player report.

The accused violated the following rules

  • [3.6] Follow NLR (New Life Rule). If you die, you forget how you died.
  • [3.1] Do not harm/kill people randomly (RDM); you must have a valid roleplay reason (a person's job or being a criminal is not a valid reason), for example protecting your property during a raid.
  • [3.1a] Violence should always be the last option.
  • [8.1] Do not run people over on purpose (CDM)

The accused will recieve the following punishment
2h NLR Blacklist
2h Weapons Blacklist
2h Vehicle Blacklist

For future reference, do not continue to hit players when they are already knocked out. I will give you a warning for this but next time it can possibly result in a weapons blacklist on your end for [3.1a] Violence should always be the last option.
