Nerd Talk - Veronica - 11-08-2021
This is it.
After 11 years, My PC is finally failing. Recently My power supply is making weird noises. Like an annoying mouse-like sound that's driving me crazy, the coils are failing. Its a XFX PRO850W. It served its time well, and I will decommission this computer very soon. I still use Windows 7. because I love it. But now I'm gonna get the newest windows. I know I'm not gonna like it. Or get used to it quickly. But change has to happen no matter what. This computer allowed me to play on ultra-high graphics for 11 years on any new game.
What does this mean? I might not be on the forums for the next week, so ill be posting as much content that needed to be posted over 6 months ago after I get a new one. This will be my last post n the forums using this computer. I named her Glados back in 2011.
Glados will be missed. I thank her for everything she has done, from preventing viruses, hackers, and holding in one piece for 11 fucking years!. Now its time to put the money into a new PC nad less on champagne parades.
