Summary of the incident
Looking for ways to get my vehicle out of the impound and he chased me a few times "I got away". Upon coming back for the 3rd time he tried to shoot & kill me. I never put his life in danger nor did I have a weapon at any point.
Rules Broken:
3.1 Do not harm/kill people randomly (RDM); you must have a valid roleplay reason (a person's job or being a criminal is not a valid reason), for example protecting your property during a raid.
3.1a Violence should always be the last option.
Sidenote: FearRP was broken due to me being shot.

After reviewing the evidence, the User did open fire without any warning or valid Roleplay reason.
The user has multiple same blacklists for the same reason and never learns his lesson from the mistake.
However, since the user has less than 100 hours, I will be issued 5 hours weapon blacklist and give him a warning this time.
The user will receive 5 hours weapon blacklist for Open fire as a Police officer without proper RP reason.
