Tears just walked around with a gun, when i walked behind him, he first just pointed at me but when i tried to look what is his name he killed me...
i just got these screens, maybe some admin can check the logs or something..

First of all,
You broke the FearRP, I had a gun out, you was getting closer to me,
I yelled 'Back off!' (As you can see at the pictures), you kept with walking,
I was worrid to my life (IC) and since most of this server using crowbars to gets other's weapons(OOC),
I yelled this, he did not listened to me, thats way he broke the FearRP.

By what Tears said it looked like you had a crowbar out while walking towards him? I can understand his concerns if that's the case.
Evidence please or I consider this denied.
