Summary of the incident
Writing this on behalf of Megaladongo (STEAM_0:0:436816735). The forums weren't working for him.
He was arresting a person for having drugs, when the detained individual started asking for a bail price. They talked about the price for the bail when a Gun Dealer ran up to them, saying it was illegal to let the detained person go for money, as seen in the video.
A few seconds later, the Gun Dealer pulled out a revolver and began shooting Megaladongo as he was writing a warrant. The Gun Dealer had no reason to shoot him.
