Summary of the incident
This guy has been constructing speed bumps over at Connectivity Road. But he has set them way too high, even after I told him that they are too high, he refused to remove or lower them. @ call has been made several times, but no response ingame.
Normally I would encourage speed bumps, but not if they are this sudden and too high so people flip around and get CDMd accidentally.
