The entire hour-restricted prop system is pending a re-write. I had to get rid of it due to exploits and didn't have time to get a replacement going. Any prop which was hour-restricted is a banned prop until the system is completely re-written, as it wasn't done correctly at all.

Can you not bring back the old system where the props weren't banned, there is staff to ban the minges.

Whitelist any props that were previously banned, surely a reasonable fix.
Saying it's broke we removed it, tough shit, really isn't a great way to keep your community engaged.
