My question.. Can i still donate for money packs if the servers are offline? or will it not recieve the donation?

wait for it to come online, BUT dont log into the server until after you made the donation,

I believe you can still donate, as it requires the database to be online not the server, so yes it should work.

You can still donate, the database is on a safe location so it is always working even if the server is offline.
