Summary of the incident
I was just roleplaying as an police officer and was just on a point to raid someone, on that moment i just got randomly demoted for 'being a troll' what is very disrespectful in my opinion.

Player report approved (although not in the way you think).
From what I've been able to tell from the evidence provided, the statements made, the other player report, and the logs themselves: You, as an officer, attacked your Sergeant's car, and in response Lifesence as Sergeant demoted you for these actions. Now, while this could of been better roleplayed out, it is still a valid reason for demotion in my eyes. In response to this, you (Art) then went to the President role and started acting out, clearly interested in punishing Lifesence for the demotion by demanding he show up at your office, whilst you tried to find a reason to demote him yourself. The 'I dislike trollers' comment was made in OOC, and was not an IC reason for the demotion.
I am not pleased with the attempt to spin this situation by leaving out a fair bit of context, and I would advise that you tone back your mingy behaviour in future.
A sanction in the form of a 2 day ban and a 3 hour blacklist from president shall be issued due to your obvious Powergaming. As somebody with almost 1000 hours to your name and as a former Event Coordinator, you know that much, much better is expected of you.
