Summary of the incident
1) Was driving to sell my vegetables as you can see in the clip provided and was then purposely CDM'd by the user in question with his friend Hoes mad STEAM_0:1:81638047 attempting to do the same, these two broke the rules for an hour straight and is still currently happening at the time of me writing this report, there will be multiple allegations towards these two.
2) Was writing a PR about the consistent RDM and CDM that these individuals were committing as i tab back in to see one trying to arrest me without reason, FailRP and metagaming, because those in the server had enough of our vehicles being prop pushed, destroyed, being CDM'd, RDM'd for no reason we warned them multiple times to leave the area whilst under gun point, they refused however and continued to try to kill us breaking FearRP so they were then shot as the server was becoming unplayable and it was getting out of hand
There was another person who was spawning props around the map, trapping us in spawn however, I believe someone else has made a PR against him.
3) about to finish the PR as i see Hoes mad being a pillock with props in spawn again.....

Again consistent spawn killing with props, don't even have a chance to shoot back to defend ourselves, as you can tell I am over the moon with this guys ability to use his scroll wheel so effectively

Not much to add here, log checks also prove very clear rule breakage. Hoes Mad has already been banned by myself ingame, zSxud will receive a ban and blacklist for Mass CDM.
