Summary of the incident
I was knocking on the officers car when all of a sudden he puts his lights on and gets out and yells at me. I say to him I was knocking on his car but he said I hit it , I only started to record when he put his lights on since I knew I had done nothing wrong. We talk and as I walk away he tazes me, runs to his car and drives away.
This is RDM.

While he was a bit rough at the end with his tazer, it's not major and I don't think throwing the book at him over this would be worthwhile.
