Summary of the incident
So i was chilling with my friend Rocky, suddenly i hear a gunshot outside i go outside and see the guy putting his weapon away then i put him under fearp and he pulls his pistol out resulting in me shooting and killing him.

Found him, you had mistaken an 8 for a 9 when writing down the ID.
