Why should you be unbanned?
I had a gun out because I was going to go rob people, then I remembered I needed to switch job, so while I'm typing the command in A police comes to me with thier gun out, and I shoot at them, and then I get banned for failrp, so focusing on realism If I am a criminal and have a gun on my back and a police runs at me, gun out, Im gonna shoot, Im not gonna just crouch down and say "oh no its not like I can shoot him I just have to go to jail".

I was watching you for around 10 mins before the incident happened you had a mac10 on your back a police officer saw this he told you to stop running while pointing a gun at you but you run away and pull your gun out and shoot him. this was a clear breakage of FearRP.

I ran a little bit, then noticed he had his gun out instead of a tazer so I shot him and you picked me up before he died
