so my friend was holding a cop hostaged bcs he called back up on him (devas is my friend) as you can see i tried to hostage the cop that was holding a gun to my friend so i told him to drop his weapon to the officer he did but then a ambo cdmed me and said i saved you officer

I'm not quite sure you've understood how PR's work entirely? the Reported User section is for their name and the SteamID is their SteamID. I ask you fix the SteamID and Name within 24 hours and then we can look into it further.
