If you equip kevlar out of your own inventory after getting the free one it should do this, it shouldn't if you only ever used the free one.

Can reproduce, will be fixed by making gov no longer drop kevlar they got for free.

It was tested on me, it happens anyways. I didn't equip it as a cop/SRU, but still lost it when dying. It happens consistently, so I've lost like 10+ kevlar to that.

Yeah I can reproduce it on my dev server, I'll fix this urgently.
