Description:
Today we raided at villas and used mollys and the base did not burn for a reason.. after me and Solder checked it out and saw that the props are buring inside the city but not outside.. im not sure if its the molotov or maye it has something to do with the prop protection.

It's weird
Hope we can fix it because a huge pain.We not able to raid base without molotov as all raider knows.

I have Ace a molotov to raid a base in industrial and when he threw it, nothing got destroyed.

This should be fixed as in changelog #311.
Make a new bug report if the issue persists.
