Summary of the incident
I was patrolling when I noticed a number of fellow officers pursuing an orange mustang, so I joined the pursuit.
We chased the driver (Smorky) until he attempted to hide in an industrial garage, but failed as we saw him go in.
We cornered him in the garage, and he disconnected moments after we busted in to avoid being arrested.
