Summary of the incident
ghostkiller8000 was engaged in a roleplay situation with me as I intended to find out whether a Black Tesla was his or not, I placed him in handcuffs and asked for him to wait, I then left him to search for the car as I believed he had tried to hide it, just as I found it, he disconnects, then reconnects, presumably to avoid a roleplay situation that will unfortunately work against him (arrest - as he had murdered an officer with his car and had been recklessly driving for ages).
He has done similar things like this in the past, and has constantly ignored advice to stop breaking such rules.
