Summary of the incident
I'm driving my car on Main Street and Scrake spawns blue containers infront of me, blocking my car whilst I'm driving which damaged my car. I arrest him for the reason 'propblocking'.
After serving jailtime, switches to President for the single reason of demoting me from S.W.A.T. Commander and then switches to Rebel Leader.

I can't see any evidence for the blue container.
Arresting someone for propblocking is backseat administrating and you should refrain from doing so, post a PR or use @ instead.
Scrake will be punished for powergaming.
