Summary of the incident
Danmg32 & Alvingodly123 were chasing "Frank Goliath" (Unknown Username or SteamID) around the Yellow Taxi as danmg32 was armed with a baseball bat. I am unsure of what started the situation as Frank Goliath had just walked in from the left of me (Nexus Street Spawning Area) towards Pearl Plaza - Side.
