JoshZ has made a statement privatly through discord as he's currently banned from the forums.
He says that the reason he decided to engage and kill the SRU was to protect his friend that was being attacked.

After reviewing the provided evidence and taking statements from both parties I have come to the conslusion that the accused is not guilty of what he is being accused of in this player report. JoshZ was acting in self-defence as he and his friend were being attacked by an SRU that appears to open fire first.
