Summary of the incident
Accused intentionally ran me over. He managed to some how miss a stationary target the first time, but reversed into me after he realized his mistakes. He was the only mechanic on at the time, hence how I know it was him.

The accused tried to run over several other people during this time including me, he was generally just fucking around and towing cars for no reason
