Summary of the incident
The accused prop blocked the road, and once he deleted it he drove into my lane and hit my car and we both honked at each other. I guess he didn't like me calling him a dick IC for hitting my car, and he followed me to my parking spot and started ramming my car over and over again. Later, when I was driving to the city, he was smashing a fence in the middle of the road. I can confirm they are both him because of his unique RP name and vehicle. https://i.imgur.com/9DbCJZr.png
