So this is obviously going to change based on the person, but when you are a black market or gun dealer, how much do you usually change the price than the manufacturing cost? Since the slots are limited, i just need advice.

You can choose your price as you see fit. That is why there is 2 slots so you don't have the monopoly, but some fair competition.
