I dont agree with the no cooldown but I think a decrease in the time to wait could be like 2-3 seconds?

Not to sound harsh but Veterans shouldn't be getting major extra perks. They have a prop limit of 150 props, plus a nice golden tag veteran tag on the forums. You have enough privilages and shouldn't be getting more, in my opinion.

I love how we could be trusted with ACP, Admin/dev office and god knows what else, but draw the line at trusting us with no OOC cooldown LMAO... +support. If people spam, they get blacklisted, just like anyone else.
