Summary of the incident
He began to fail rp and play a compliation video of 3 different videos I am in, he edited a video and then played it through his mic to harass me.
He then proceeds to rdm me.
We went over this before and you said they can use videos but not take them edit them and use them to harass someone?
Flame requested this uploaded so he could speak to Fracture.
I believe harassment is tos?
Only Involved users: Fracture, Aspire and Flame.

Thanks for submitting this PR. I will give Fracture 24 hours to reply as I'd like to understand the reason for him killing you, as for the using your videos without permission, this will be investigated.

Fracture accepted the punishment and admitted to doing wrong, He will recieve a 2 hour blacklist from weapons and a warning for using your videos.
