Summary of the incident
Hello,
As you can see I was told the gentleman had a knife, so I gave pursuit on foot.
He got in his car and failed to comply to my commands under gun point.
Originally I was told to post on the forums by Falc.
I had a change of heart and decided to give the guy a chance as he told me and Flame he was on last chance etc, so I didn't want him permed.
Then I checked and found out he only has 1 ban and he just lied to me so I didn't report him.
As such here is the player report for breaking Fear RP.
