Summary of the incident
Hello,
So I was driving into the city and glanced to my right and saw fl0w⑭ drive onto the pavement and drive someone over with his car.
I wasn't sure if he saw him so I told him that he had hit someone.
They both disconnected so I am unsure if they are friends or not.
Whilst I would like to believe he didn't see him, I don't know why he drove over the pavement and started to (IC) insult me and hit me.
Whilst this is hardly the worst rule break in the world I felt that I should report it so he doesn't think this is allowed when the server is more full (could ruin immersion).
He might of been messing with his mate which I can understand.

P.S. Report is solely for the cdm, idc about the punches etc...
Also ignore last 15 seconds I couldn't be bothered to cut it again.

I think he had an good lagg spike happens to me often too. Then i dont notice those types of things

Only a minor CDM incident with a bit of mingery if that along with the punching at the end and disconnect.
I don't feel a punishment is necessary however, just a warning and a speaking too when I next catch him on the server will do.
