Summary of the incident
I have had a past a simple arrest and a wheelclamp on the suspects car. he then get out of jail and run to hes car ask for how to move hes car. i awnser him in ooc and he then take out a prop and start prop pushing hes broken car with a wheelclamp on. to propperly what i can only presume is outer BP
guy then swear at me i tell him not to and tell him i would like an apology for it but even when he had the chance he didten say it. so here we are on the forum's be course he diden't wonna to deescalate the situation

1. him asking in the chat about hes problem and getting hes answer for it.
2. hes car matches with hes player model on the first picture and text in chat. makeing it hes own car he wonna push

I don’t feel a punishment more than a warning/talking to is needed in this case.
