Title of Suggestion: Implement damage logs on cars
Description
I think that staff should be able to check logs on who damaged a vehicle.
Why?
This would make a lot of sits much easier for the staff to help out players. I've heard from a multiple staff members that it's currently not possible to see who shot and blew up a vehicle. Dying inside your vehicle because someone shot at it is a very common way of dying and in some situations it's RDM. As for now it's almost impossible for the staff to know if it was RDM or not as the logs can't support that the accused player actually blew up the car, sometimes a video isn't even enough as you often don't see who shot at you.
Implementing logs of who damaged a vehicle and blew it up would be very helpful for the staff.

+Support, it’d be helpful when it comes to cops that shoot your vehicle from across the street before even attempting to initiate a pursuit.
