Summary of the incident
GER Time...
So, I was patrolling and saw him trying to punch a guy, then I was going to arrest/detain him which he then made a run for it, it was going on for about 10 minutes until other units tased him, he broke Fearp Aswell as maybe OOC insulting player with no RP reason, Saying "I fucked your wife" etc...
