Video pretty much shows what happened. Loyalknife straight up broke FearRP and then reconnected to get his car back.

Player Report approved.
Player has been seen breaking FearRP in the video. A ban has been issued that should hopefully make the reported user aware of his actions.
There's no need for the reported user to give input as the rule violations are very obvious and not hidden.
