We were chasing him in the city, he broke FearRP when asked to get out of his vehicle and he then disconnected when he realised he wouldn't make it.

I will review the provided and evidence and give a conclusion on this case soon.
I will give the accused player some time to reply to this case and give his opinion even though the rule violations were very obvious.
The user will have around 24 hours to respond otherwise this report will be closed and approved without further input from the reported player.

This is true. I was the officer on the sidewalk during the last few seconds on the video. he slammed into an RV and disconnected shortly after.
