This shouldn't take too long but we would still like to note that this is not the first time that he has been given a punishment for something similar and therefore would like to take some time to discuss this privately.

Alright. The team and I have discussed your report and came to the conclusion that a punishment is not necessary under these circumstances. Therefore, we will close this report as I got the info from Tomo that this issue has been dealt with privately by blocking the accused person and the incident happened in a private conversation and not on the FL services.
